Post number 200!

Saturday was Stevo's beer festival. It was a very enjoyable afternoon/evening. Lots of ales to sample, plus croquet and space hopper racing on the lawn to keep people entertained...

Sunday was a full day of work on Will's house which we are getting ready to put on the market. We did loads of de-cluttering and made a couple of trips to the dump. We also bought & laid some new lino in the bathroom. It is slowly getting there!

School is really starting to wind down, with only 2 weeks to go. College exams are on at the moment which means a few days without any teaching, just lots of invigilation & marking to do. Tomorrow is a particularly good day for me, I only have an invigilation period 1, then am free for the rest of the day. I'll have a couple of classes worth of papers to mark by then, so if it's a nice day I might come home & mark them in the garden.

Last night was our final touch game of the season. We were playing off for 3rd & 4th in division 1 & unfortunately we lost 4-3 in a very frustrating game. It hasn't been as enjoyable as usual this season for some reason. We did drown our sorrows with a BBQ round at Ric's which lasted into the wee small hours... It was a nice feeling knowing that we didn't have any actual teaching to do today!
